Yes and they're blacked out on there.
Something happened .. [emoji848]
Oh boy not good
Do you by any chance back up through smart switch on PC ?
No I don't.
Check in my files trash maybe ?
Also go through my files and check the files there
This is what they look like in my files. Still blocked out.
Yeah this is very strange, check in Google photos or Amazon trash if they get deleted there it can delete in your gallery, if nothing try log out then back in Google photos see if they appear again
Not deleted in either trash. Log out changed nothing.
I'm sorry not sure what exactly happened :(
Me neither. Weird how it's only some pictures.
Yeah like a restore didn't go through
They haven't been restored. I took the photos with this phone. Makes no sense at all.
I agree it doesn't
I'm not sure a factory reset will fix this , but who knows maybe they come back
The weirdest part is when I take the pictures they go to the gallery like normal. Then I go into the gallery later to show them to someone or view them myself and that when they turn white. I can think of nothing else to try other than factory reset. Thanks for trying Mustang. You did come up with a few ideas I wouldn't have thought of.
This is even photos like taken in the moment and going back to look at them ?
Yes it is. It happens after they go to the gallery.
Try this in safe mode
How do I get this phone into safe mode?
The process for turning on Safe mode is as follows:
Press and hold the Power button.
Tap and hold Power off.
When the Reboot to safe mode prompt appears, tap again or tap OK.
Your device will then restart and it will say “Safe mode” in the bottom-left corner.
That didn't work. It just booted as normal.
Hold the power button until power off appears on the screen then long press power off
Also if you can try another SD card prefer new ?
Just curious if anything changes
I don't have another SD to try right now but when I open the whited out pics and hit details it does show they are located on the SD so I'm thinking it's an SD issue.
