Is there a way to root an AT&T Note 3 running Lollipop?

It doesn't say anything about this being carrier specific but it looks like may work. Read through the entire thread before trying anything.

Since it needs to update the bootloader, and you can't do that with the 900A or 900V (AT&T and Verizon), it won't work. It will, however, soft brick the phone, since the ROMS are for a different phone.
