S pen on Note 3 not working after factory reset

I factory reset my galaxy note 3 with 5.0 android and since then my S pen is not working. Note that the S pen is getting detected by the phone properly and the airdrop feature is also working and the pointer is also getting displayed onto the screen and yes I it passed *#0*# test for Spen hover but the things it's not doing is typing,editing,cut content nd more. I have done the factory reset twice. Please suggest something to do asap. Do I need ant TPA?
