Could someone tell me how to flash T-Mobile rom on AT&T Note 3?

Recently our Note 3 started acting up badly because T-Mobile made some changes to the network, or something else. We suddenly can't make calls or receive calls, but data works juts fine on 4G LTE.

We cannot downgrade the connection to 4G or HSPA, so we are stuck with this terrible service issue. AT&T Note 3 doesn't allow you to select 3G or 4G.

When I turn off 4GLTE, it goes down to EDGE. Phone calls work just fine in EDGE but that's unusable data.

I hope someone can help me fix this issue either reflashing it with T-Mo Rom or find anohter way.

I don't recommend flashing incompatible rom.

I don't know what else to do, T-Mobile service got messed up in my area, we cannot make calls, but we have full speed internet. This happened after we traveled overseas, came back, only to find T-Mo service is all screwed up. When I drop down to 2G it works, calls are OK, of course data is no good. When I turn on LTE, we get data, no voice..
