i want to make the chrome browser text smaller so i can take advantage of the note 3's large screen.

when i go into accessibility and make the text scaling small, it doesn't seem to affect a site like Google. i can make it bigger though, but not smaller.

when i do the text scaling with the samsung browser, it seems to work.

    any ideas?

Switch to desktop mode and force enable zoom in accessibility.
