recording failed ??

So yesterday I tried to use my camera on the recording tool. It all of a sudden said recording failed and forced shut out of the app. Tried it several times and it does this every time now. What can I do to this fix this? Will Verizon change my phone since it's under warranty if they can't fix it?

Its happening to me right now! Been searching for an answer half the day. I will let you know if I find the solution.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this also on a Note 3? Do you have the SD card set as the default storage location?
