Restart needed App crash requires restart

Hello all,

I am using an AT&T Note 3 and have had an interesting issue recently. Sometimes I need to restart my phone to stop every single app from crashing when I start it up. Once I do a restart it solves the problem completely

Anyone had this issue with the Note 3 so far?

Having that same issue, hence the reason I just searched the web and found your post. If appears if i don't restart my Note 3 daily every app I open crashes. Even my live wallpaper just stops.
