Video issues on Note 3

Hi there, just got my Note 3 a week ago. I was watching this tutorials on you tube about tips and tricks for Galaxy Note 3. On the video portion, I followed all the instructions on the Air View mode and enable all the settings. Like for the Progress preview, it says that you can hover either your finger or s-pen on the progress bar and you can view clips of the movie. But it seems that it's not working on my Note 3. I tried several times but nothing happens. And on the tutorial vid, the screen shows there's a screen shot option and a frame-by-frame arrows that can be enabled. I don't see it on my Note 3 either :'(. My video settings shows limited options. Do anyone here experiencing the same problem? Please help.
