Hi!
I read on Google that someone accessed his multi window stripe through holding the back key.
I googled it and learned that this was a common shortcut.
When I got the phone I tried all these multi functions for the keys out but never encountered this function, and neither does it work now that I try it.
What can I do to solve this?? Please help me out!

My solution was to wipe the device back to the factory and start all over again. It also helped improve the battery life.

Make sure to enable multi window first. If it is enabled then it will show in the notification bar toggle. Then you can hold the back button to toggle it on off. Note that the back button doesn't actually turn it on off just makes the button appear or disappear.
