Streaming video stutters on Wi-Fi even with good signal?

I'm trying to figure out if this is a hardware issue (router needs upgrading) or if there's something inherently wrong with the way the Note 3 handles data via Wi-Fi. I have been streaming videos via Plex and have noticed a short, consistent stutter in video when I stream via Wi-Fi. This gives me around 35 Mb/s, so it's not a bandwidth issue. Switching to 4G eliminates this stutter, despite my mobile bandwidth being much slower than Wi-Fi (around 15 Mb/s).

Has anyone noticed something similar? This problem seems to affect my streaming via YouTube as well.

Nope, mine streams just fine. Even streaming from the phone to the TV works flawlessly. I'm guessing it's either your Plex set up or your router. Can you try this at another WiFi?
