What camera app do you guys use beside the original. I'm searching for something that has effects and filters build in the app itself. And at the same time simple and convenient to use

There are filters/effects in the stock camera app. You can get to them by pressing the little arrow looking thing on the left side of the screen. Additionally you can download more filters from the Samsung app store.

Haven't got what you say? But I see your on N900V. I'm on N9005. Or is it maybe because I run Omega on it? I may have deleted it.
Could you maybe retrieve the name of the apk for the build-in camera?

For op, I use paper camera (artistic, more than filters)..also zoom FX..
