Do a reboot/battery pull. This has never failed to fix my errant wakelock issues.

Usually it's reading the SD card that causes it whether it's after a reboot or playing video or a music player. Did the reboot help?

Check your gallery for blank or corrupted images or video. Phone will try to keep scanning them causing issues.

Remember that this phone (and many new Samsung ones) have issues with SD Cards. If you have one, try taking it out for a day and, if that's the culprit, you should see the wakelock go away (or be greatly reduced).

Digging a little deeper with wakelock detector I find this is related to AudioOut_2. Now if only I could figure out what the hell that is....

Try a wakelock detector to find out what is running while your phone is sleeping.

FWIW it sounds plausible. I watched a few YouTube videos myself a day or two ago, and I think it was then I noticed a problem with my battery. However, I do expect moderate battery drain in general, given how much streaming I do (and also driving or walking around without remembering to disable GPS when I don't need it. Therefore I didn't actually check the battery status until earlier today, which is when I noticed Mediaserver was the main culprit.

Another possibility was that I used the camcorder a day or two ago as well.
