Hi,

i updated to 4.2.2 Kitkat version 3 days ago and i have a problem.
Although everything works perfectly like 3G , battery , sd etc
when i turn On the Wifi the phone reboots again and again until i switch it
of. I made a factory reset and i cleared the cache but nothing seems to work.
Any ideas or someone that had the same problem ?

Thank you

Did you also factory reset the router and and reconfigure the wifi setup ? First connect it unsecured then if that works try to set your security parameters in the router.

What kind of settings in the wifi application in your Note 3 do you have checked ? Look under Advanced.

Also after your factory reset did you install eveything again from a back up or is the rebooting happening with a fresh phone with nothing beyond stock installed ?

Did you mean to show a screenshot with the auto network switch ticked?
I didn't follow this fully and don't have the issue, so I may be misunderstanding. Thanks.
**EDIT: Got it from the OP below, all good. Sorry :)

After factory reset i restored some stuff from my backup through KIES but not applications, only contacts and home screen etc. I can enter the advanced settings and i have unchecked the "Always allow scanning" as i read that this may cause some problems, i only have checked the Network Notification.

I just took a screenshot of the page just for guidance purposes. I was not sure if you knew what the Advanced page looked like. Most likey you did but was just making sure.

What about my other questions about the factory reset and recovery on the phone ? I would start from scratch.
