Can't select other passlock options for Screen Lock

Hi guys! First time posting here and would like to request for some assistance regarding my problem with the new Kitkat 4.4.2 update. As the title suggests, ai can't get to select other screen lock options, aside from the "Secured with Password". Swipe, signature and pattern options are greyed out, as shown in the attached pic. How can I reactivate the other passlock options? Entering only the password is too much hassle for me. Thank you very much?

Hi. Welcome to the forums.

You cannot attach a screenshot on the Android Central app sadly, only on the Tapatalk or AC Forums app.
I take it you don't have the normal lock options below.
I only use Swipe. Just FYI you need to go back to Swipe lock to add Lock Screen pages and Widgets.
