Third party email not syncronisying

Third party email account not syncrinising after some time of configuration. All parameters set for auto syncronisation.
Request for solution to this.

Not sure where the problem is.

Is it an email app like Yahoo, (I can check mine for you there), or are you using a non Google account in the stock email app. Did you just enter your username and password and it did the settings for you.
