Certain apps/games do not accept S-Pen input

Hey there. First time poster, regular lurker. Already searched on the net for an answer and couldn't find anything particularly relevant.

Anyway, my S-Pen works great for all the standard features, but I've found that for certain apps (usually games. My current example is Shadowrun) that I would really like to have the pinpoint precision of the stylus, the app does not accept the S-Pen touch input. I could still use the stylus to capture parts of the screen by holding down the button on the stylus, so the pen is still functional during these times, but it seems the app itself is differentiating between finger press and pen input.

Any idea if there's any type of setting (doubtful) or hack that converts the pen to provide the exact same input type as a finger press?

I think Shadowrun can be played only with your fingers. How will simulate two legs with a s-pen?
Maybe if you have two s-pen ;)
