    My note 3 has got a "burn in" screen of varies icon on my display. How well does samsung take care of their customers? They want me to ship the phone for repairs. But even then they say, it could be fixed or denied.

    Anyone deal with Samsung's rma department? I just dont want them opening my my phone, then claiming bS claims of user error for the burn in issue.

    I would assume they is no way they can attribute burn in to abuse/misuse. I say send it in and they will fix it.

    Thanks. I'm calling them today to get repair set up. But the representative is having a hard time understanding what I'm on about. What's a good way of describing this to them? lol.

    Lol ask them to speak to a different representative. If they can't understand something that simple, then they should transfer you to someone who does.
