Hi do you see that dot above the dock how do I get rid of that? Also on the icon page how do I make it so there's more icons on each row, Android newbie.

The "Dot" you referred to is an indicator as to which page of the homescreen you're on...and it can't be removed in any launcher I've used, Apex included. Nova has it and Solo does as well.

You need to go into Apex Settings, Homescreen Settings, Scroll down to Show Indicator and uncheck show indicator and the dot will go away. I happen to like the indicator but I change it to a line.

Nova Prime has the option to not show it as well.
