Go into app store and search the word fax. Dozens and dozens of mobile fax apps will appear.

The playstore reviews are horribly inaccurate. Most are are just posts either because the apps asked them to or they are fluffers helping their friends out with fake reviews.

I think it's still helpful to look at reviews, but clearly you need to be selective. Focus on reviews that are specific and thoughtfully written. Critical reviews that are not just rants are probably most helpful, to point out potential flaws.
