Help screen is dying.

Basically my Note 3 has started to from time to time maybe a rogue app causing it or when it heats up the screen becomes unresponsive but the buttons all still work except the power button which just dims the screen it lasts about 30 seconds and is so annoying. Help also I'm trying to download an apk and it isn't letting me click install it let's me click everything else so annoying. HELP!

I've never experienced that before. Is there a reason you think an app is causing it? If so, start by deleting apps on your phone that you suspect may be causing your issue. If that doesn't work, maybe try a device reset. And if all else fails, I would say its time to contact your carrier and ask for a warranty exchange.
