Can you just use Kies? How do I Transfer Content between two Samsung devices using Kies 2.6? : Cell Phones | Samsung

If you'd rather not need a computer I'd suggest uploading to dropbox (or similar) and then download with new phone. Seems easiest.

Copy all pictures to the sd card, then move the sd card to the new device

You don't have a computer? If you have a lot of photos, trying to do it using the phone alone might be tedious, because there might not be an easy way to "Select All."
