The percentages don't always tell the whole story. Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

    1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
    2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
    3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
    4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

After charging it fully and now at ~60% this afternoon.

I done nothing special with my phone, Facebook, Browsing a bit and couple of picture. On Wifi 99% of the time.
When the is in sleep, not battery drain, but when i use it, it seem the drain faster then it should..

See how it does if you boot into Safe Mode. It may be that something you reinstalled right after the factory reset could be contributing. Safe Mode temporarily disables all 3rd party apps, which can help to troubleshoot: Power the Device Up in Safe Mode - Samsung Galaxy Note® 3

If you have an SD card inserted, try removing it (making sure to Unmount it first in Settings>Storage). If the card has some corrupt files, that can make the system work a little harder at scanning it.

Yes--you just won't be able to use any of the 3rd party apps you installed. You can get out of Safe Mode by rebooting the phone again. Sometimes you have to power down first, then remove the battery for 10 seconds, then reinsert it and power on again.
