When I import an .ics file, 2 time zones show up. One is correct (eastern time), and the other is Atlantic time (Barbados), which is one hour later. My calender sets the alarm for this hour later incorrect time. I've checked my settings and the phone is set up to be controlled automatically by the network provider for date, time and timezone. Any ideas why this is happening?

I'm the same person as above. I eventually figured this out on my own after I couldn't find anything online and I didn't get any replies. This website has been useless to me, but I hope this will help someone else out there.

Once you import the .ics file, you have to tap on the down arrow that appears in middle of the screen directly below the start/end times (in the edit event screen). Then you have to manually enter your correct time zone. You'll have to do this manually every time. I'm not sure why it does this, since my time zone is set up in my calendar, but that fixed it.
