Why can't I receive nor send text messages?

Cannot receive nor send text messages

Please help me,my note 3 wont let me send nor receive text messages, my battery also drains so fast, when i tried to send my message it appears UNABLE TO SEND UR MESSAGES. IT WILL BE SENT WHEN THE SERVICE BECOMES AVAILABLE.
Whats wrong with my phone?please help me...

Sorry for the delay. Is it working again?

I don't know if it has worked for you before.

There are some settings you can check - or just remove your sim card for a short period, re-insert it and wait to see if your carrier installs the settings over the air.
You may be sending a lot of emoji on the wrong setting, be missing the Message center number on the Message app - menu, or other setting.
I hope someone can help you more.

I think so --- maybe missed the proper number in Message app - Menu - Settings - SMS/MMS - Message center.
If you are sure what the number should be, ask your carrier for help.
