    Hey guys,

The other day I opened up my Note 3 to look at my headphone jack ( Feels like the prongs inside are lose) and after I put it back together none of my apps can connect to the internet. Only the stock browser and firefox and Beyond pod podcast manager can get internet access. Could I have damaged the antenna cable somehow?

I called Verizon and they had me clear the cache of all my apps, then I deleted almost all of my apps, and still no luck.

    Thanks for any help,

If some but not all applications get normal internet access, I don't see how it could be a hardware problem like a damaged antenna cable. A damaged cable would affect internet access on all apps, stock or otherwise.
