bluetooth calls are working but songs not

I have before old radio and Bluetooth worked perfect, calls and music

now I have new radio, but true Bluetooth the calls are working, but when I select a song its not playing it over Bluetooth?

make sure "media audio" is checked in BT settings on phone for the connected BT device.

in the bt menu in the phone from the old radio there Is indeed call audio + media audio

however in the bt menu from the new radio there is only call audio, and media audio is not there?
how I can add this?

try deleting all devices from BT, reset the BT speaker/radio back to factory fresh state, and then reboot everything and try to connect again. in other words, clear everything and start fresh.

ok after delete it has call audio + media audio

however most of the time media audio when selecting does not tun it on
sometimes it turns on, but then after 2 seconds it switch off again?

just for test I tried connect from my s3
but the s3 cannot even connect
I get message something like this:

device cannot comunicate with xxxx

OK the radio is compatible with audio media streaming via blue tooth, a nice deck I might add! I was able to resolve a similar issue with a different radio. First try unpairing via Bluetooth settings on note3. Then disconnect power from radio. (We had to disconnect car battery for 2 minutes.) Reconnect car battery Then power on car and radio and pair phone. Unfortunately, you will lose radio presets.

If that doesn't resolve your issue or any of those steps make you uncomfortable, I might suggest consulting the installer of the radio. Since the Bluetooth adapter could be defective if all devices cant stream media Audio!

again tried 5 mins without battery
again no go

then I found inside radio option "delete memory"
after that I finally got it to recognize media on the phone

then I needed to manually select "bt radio" on the radio for it to play
my old cheap radio before auto switched over
however finally it works

and yes besides not auto switching its a real nice deck
first nice one in my life, allways having cheap desks before

without yous I would have never got it working

ps. still strange why cheap radio connect in one time
and this expensive radio given me so much problems to connect

now today I wanna play some songs
connected Bluetooth
but only phone connected? media is there still but its deselected again? and I cannot select it again?

ok I found it does work
however I first need to manually put him on "bt radio" then he directly connect
a bit annoying, but atleast it works
