How do I stop a Clock lock widget from appearing on my phone?

Need Help Please

Hi there, I need help. I have a Clock lock widget that keeps appearing on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 screen and it freezes and stops me from doing any other thing with the phone. When it happens, the phone becomes useless until it disappears. Please can someone help me ?

Welcome to the forums.

I'm not familiar with Samsungs so I'm not sure what that would be. Try a Cache Partition wipe in Recovery.
Alternatively, perhaps you have a third-party app installed which is causing the trouble? Safe Mode will reveal whether that is so.
