WiFi is saved, secured but will not connect.

My school's WiFi will no longer work for me. I've tried everything, like a factory reset, logging in with different information, but it always shows up as 'Saved, Secured' and will not connect. Due to this being a school WiFi, I cannot mess with the router. I'm the only one with this issue. Help?

Glad this has come up as now my home wifi wont connect. Everything else ia connected but my note 3 wont. Its also saved and secured but just does not connect.

I had this happen after a factory data reset. I just had to keep telling phone to forget the network and re log in with password a few times... it finally stuck. If the problem would have continued I would have taken the phone to service provider. Good luck trying to resolve this an d make sur there was no update to the password that you do not know about.
