No split screen with Action Memo

Action Memo seems to be the priority note app on the SGN3 since when the stylus is withdrawn this is the note-taking app that is presented as the default by Samsung. If that is the case why does it not seem possible to use Action Memo in the split screen mode designed by Samsung? Of course, it is possible to split screen with S-Note so why not Action Memo? Am I missing something?

apps developers need to use Samsung sdk to be able to utilize the split screen mode. Samsung might not be the developer of Actin Memo or they developed it before introducing the split screen feature and it is too costly now to update the app.

Action Memo is designed as a widget that overlays other apps or the home screen when opened. You can't split screen with either an overlay or a widget.
