Need assistance with firmware update on Galaxy Note 3 that is encrypted
We have a Galaxy Note 3, we use Airwatch for MDM and force encryption on devices. User is trying to update firmware on his device and gets the error "Unable to update software, device in encrypted" Does he have to decrypt? or is there a way around that? Decrypting would cause a factory reset and we do not want to do this.
