Bluetooth still working even when I disable it.

I don't have no need for Bluetooth & I disabled it in the options & restarted etc.

But in the running apps section, it still shows it running even though it is off in the options & in the notifications menu.
Is this a known glitch, I'm on Version Lolipop 5.0 rooted?

Should I freeze it with Titanium Backup to get it disabled?

Did you do a factory reset after you did the update to Lollipop? The update has been causing a lot of system issues for a lot of phones. Doing a factory reset usually fixes those issues, I know its extreme but it could help you out in the long run. Just make sure to back up all your important files before you do it.
