Why does it show no Network when paired to Note 3?

Why does it show no Network when paired to Note 3

Is anyone else having this issue. I have the Gear S paired up with my Note 3 and I can't get the Gear S to do anything that requires the network. If I turn off the Bluetooth, everything requiring a network works fine on the Gear S. It is only when paired via Bluetooth that nothing requiring a network works on the Gear S. Any idea what is causing this?
