can't change Screen Security

Hi!!!!
I'm trying to change screen lock mode
Actually i use a Pattern........
I'm trying to use "none" but the option says:

turned off by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage

I did nothing ( consious) to turn off this action !!! jajajaja

can anyone give me a hand on this one???

Go to Settings>Security​, and Clear Credentials.
