How can I have tasks that I created in S voice read aloud?

I've created tasks, using S voice, but can't find a way to have them read aloud. Is that possible - either in S voice, or in settings, or by using an app that can read S voice tasks aloud? I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and I'm using Android version 5.

On the Note 5, there is an option for an expansion pack that allows for more features. I saw that under SNote settings. The extra pack is probably under the Samsung app store.

Not sure if this feature is available on the Note 3.

I don't think that there is an expansion on the note 3. Samsung simplified things on the note 5 and threw some stuff into an expansion
