Note 3 - Not registered on Network

Hi Everyone,
I have note 3 and I did reset it to factory settings. After that It asked me to upgrade my software and I did that. Since then my phone stopped it working. It keeps giving me a message "Not Registered on Network". I called my phone company and they asked me to go to the store and change the SIM card but still it doesnt work. It keeps searching for Mobile network and then gives me a message saying " Selected Network Unavailable". I bought this phone unlocked and I am not sure if it got locked again or corrupted some files etc. Can someone please help? :-(

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Mobile Networks>Preferred Network Operator, and make sure the correct one is selected. Make sure the Preferred Network Type is also appropriate (usually either "GSM/LTE" or "Global").
