com.android.systemui problem

Hello, as you see the name of the topic, i got problem with a rooted mobile and one rooted application crashed my UI system... The error message is: com.android.systemui problem, i can t do anything on my phone, the touch doesn t work, i mean, it doesn t work on touch when i press something , i only get that error and nothing else.... I got in safe mode on android but its not helping! Please someone help me.
