Why my Samsung Galaxy note 3 sm900 is charging very very slowly and get overheat??

I think this is one of the best site for help android user....
i am a samsung galaxy note 3 user which is running lolypop 5.0
nowadays i am some problem likes overheating and specially its has been charged damn to slow.(15% an hour).
now what can i do now??
need proper solution guyzz

The symptoms that you describe suggest that the battery may need replacing.
