Why are in-app purchases disabled for my device?

I was playing a game and I used lucky patcher.. now i've got a problem in which the game says in-app purchases are disabled. I tried many things but nothing worked.
the app is "Episode" and whenever I try purchasing any thing a message pops up saying "In-App purchases are currently disabled for this device. Enable them from the device settings to make a purchase.
my mobile is samsung galaxy note

You used an illegal program to get free things and it sounds like you may have been caught. Stealing isn't a good idea.
