    If you have your phone in the bathroom while taking a shower the moisture will cause the white square water damage indicator to turn red which may cause a denial of a warranty claim and/or insurance exchange. I found that out 2 phones ago as I always had my phone in the bathroom when showering.

    Then, perhaps there would be enough bluetooth range to allow you to put the phone on a table outside the toilet.
