    Did you check your junk mail or spam mail box, if you registered, you should get a code, it's valid for 90 days.

    Or send Samsung an email, requesting the code as you've not received your yet.

    Same here. I emailed them and they referred me to Samsung.com which is the Samsung electronics contact us site where I sent the original message. I would like to pick up an extra battery for 50% off. Frustrating.

    So I went back into my Samsung account under my products and clicked on remove under the pic of my white note 4. It brought me to a page that I noticed where it previously asked for a serial number it now said hex/imei so I entered my imei and it immediately populated my manufacture date of 10/11/2014 so I hit submit and got the email 2 seconds later.

    I purchased two Notes and both have been registered but no codes sent. I chatted with Samsung and they asked me to call. I called and they said they would call me back. I tried removing the device as suggested in the above post but still no code. What are the details for this promo? Is is for pre orders, specific carriers etc? I would like to buy a S-View Wireless Charging cover.

    I doubt it is preorder but maybe it is carrier specific. I have att it sounds like only Verizon ppl are having issues.

    Did you go to samsung.com and create an account? I know you registered your email via the Samsung app, but maybe setting up an account directly from the website will help. Mine automatically registered itself when I first set up my phone, but I didnt receive the code until I re-registered through the actual website. Then I got the coupon right away. Be sure to check your spam or trash folder, too.

    I was having an issue with mine as well. I completely removed my device from my Samsung account on their site and added it back. Had the coupon almost instantly. Seems to be that it automatically registers when you sign into your Samsung account on the phone but that doesn't kick out the coupon. You have to manually remove and add it to get the coupon.

    Well I finally got a code from Samsung. They had to paste it to our Facebook chat. I reregistered the wife's phone and she was able to get the code via e-mail. I am not sure what is going on with Samsung.

    I exchanged my phone today for another note 4 due to an issue with it.. Maybe that did the trick
