I like the USB 3.0 cord better. No one else at my work or home has a Note3 and my 2.0 chargers always disappear.
Friend of mine showed me how he could use both usb 2 and 3 to charge his note 3. Lots of jealousy from me

The Galaxy Note 3 is the only product that used the USB 3.0. Every device i have is USB 2.0, so I could care less. It was a pain when i had to charge my Note 10.1 2014 edition and my Note 3 with different cable. Plus samsung put USB 3.0 on Note 3 because they said faster charging. Note 4 comes with "50% battery in 30 Min" fast charge
But no reason to downgrade ... Backward compatible
You do realize you can use a USB 2.0 cable with the note 3 right?I'm glad it's back to usb 2. I ain't have to carry around three different cables now.
To bad they didn't have a nice reversible charging connector. I hate trying to line up the USB 3.0
You do know you can put in a normal USB 2 Micro USB adapter into the one side and it charges and sends data...
Nope. It has nothing to do with USB 3,0. It has to do with the charging capacity of the wall charger. There is no such thing as a USB 3.0 wall charger. What's good about usb 3.0 is you can use a 2.0 charger for charging, the 2.0 you cant use the usb 3.0....and I compared the charging time between them and 3.0 is alot faster using wall charger
