    It was either at the IFA Unpacked event or in a hands on video/article, but it was mentioned Samsung took that into the design consideration to ensure the new metal frame wouldn't affect signal reception. I believe part of that are the two little marks near each corner at the top and bottom of the phone (see pix below).

    Both the HTC one and it's newer brother as well as 5 generations of iPhone worked just fine, I am not too worried. If anything I have to say that my Note 2 had better reception than the 3 so I hope the 4 is even better.
