Need Advice, should I trade or sell my factory unlocked VZW 32GB iPhone for the Note 4?

I'm not too sure if I would get more for selling my factory unlocked 32gb iPhone on my own or if I should go with the promo being offered by Sammy to trade in my phone for $200 to get the Note 4.... Any advice?

FYI, my phone is free of dents and cracks.. basically it's like new
