Unless its truly financial reasons, there is no reason to not get the 4.

Couple hundred dollars more, not much when you throw in the Samsung $200 promo, you get to show off arguably the most beautiful and advanced phone so far.

Like others have said get the note 4 unless money is a issue. If your looking purely to save money the note 3 is a excellent device. If you want the latest and greatest the note 4 is the way to go.

No question the note 4.....only a few $'s difference on AT&T next, so I'd be all over a note 4 if I were you....that is unless the note 3 price drops significantly ($200-$300) following note 4 release.
