thank you!
I'm still new with this phone, so i didn't think of doing a panoramic shot :/, but since I'm only 3 hours away. The Gf and I are thinking of going again as a "every so often" get away trip :), will give the photosphere a shot.

Only gripe i have is that the Highres images aren't sharp or crips :/ it shows a very blotchy colour specs.

This is what i mean, here a close up of this other pic i took at zion.20141123_122244.jpg20141123_122244.jpg

No sharpness sadly :/, the leaf which looks great when reduced, has the same odd pixelation blotchs

Here's a pic of my music gear. One is the original in color using selective focus. The other is edited a bit in Snapseed and made to be B&W.

Edit: Well crap. If the forum supported it, you'd see my cat's head bobbing up and down. Just imagine it, it is pretty cool. :D

Any way to help with blurry pictures?

Two things to try, depending on how "candid" your subject is:

Tap the screen in the center of your subject matter (i.e. tap on your baby's face) to have the camera make that it's center of focus. Long press on the subject, and it will adjust focus and exposure. This may not always be feasible with moving subjects like a child, so the next option may help.

When you're in Auto mode, try using "burst" shots to help with the blur. Hold down the button when you take a picture, or hold down the volume keys (same function, different button) and it will take up to 30 photos in a burst. The faster shutter speed of the burst should take care of the blur of moving babies. You have to sort through a series of photos to find a keeper, (or you have a series to build a nice animated sequence with) but I have found this usually results in a much better finished photo than trying to point and shoot my way to one good photo--at least with moving subjects.

All shot and edited on the Note 4 using home Depot work lights. Using the apps Handy Photo, Snapseed, and Photoshop Touch for retouching

The inside photos with young kids and movement is a tough spot for most any (non dslr) camera. You need to have bright lighting near the subject to make it work. Sports mode helps a bit (it helps a lot outside in good lighting). Burst mode also help a bit, but inside with somewhat low light it will not be a dramatic fix. Good luck!! Real cute kid by the way!

I haven't taken many pictures with my Note 4, but I took this flying from CT to FL during the recent storm on the East Coast.
