Did Tesla Unread Count ever work on your phone, or did you just get it and it doesn't work? Do you have Nova or Nova Prime?
TIP: A little more info will get you much better responses.

Make sure you click on the telsa settings.

You will get this screen an here you can choose what and how to get the notifications.
As a side note the bubble in my shots is an app called floatifcations. It gives a lot more notifications than nova and it can be themed as well. It is worth checking out.

Nono, I have recently installed Tesla Unread Count on my device, its my first time.
I use Nova prime too.

I will be grateful if someone can help me.

Did you down load it from the playstore? Do you have prime? You have to have prime to use unread counts. I would suggest backing up nova and uninstalling and reinstalling nova.
