I'm hearing about how tempered glass protectors don't fit the screen. Will regular ones make the S Pen not work?

I got a T-Mobile branded screen protector for my Note 4, which I assume is plastic, and it works just fine.

It shouldn't, I had it on my note 3 and it works great. I installed glass protector on note 4 and I love it.

I had a Zagg Invisishield on my Note 3 but I pressed too hard with the stylus leaving annoying marks.

I have read a number of comments that all S-pens work on all Samsung Note devices. Wondering if that means the Wacom pens made for Notes will work on a N4. Not hot to go get one but would like to know if they would work at all.
