    Called today, the stores near me (CT) do not have the Note 4 and state 10/23 is the date they will..and that "usually" Pre-Orders are delivered on that date... so hoping that I see my Note 4 that day. I am totally okay waiting, just find the lack of any communciation or updates poor.... There really is NO info available and if you are like me...waiting to update another phone, your update status is FROZEN until the new phone arrives.... so... that kinda is a bummer
    Verizon never changed from its 10/23 date. Why everyone gets upset when Verizon clearly says 10/23, then complain when they don't get it before the 23rd. Complain when its the 24th and your still waiting for the phone.

    I copied this from my original Invoice
    "One or more item is on Pre-order and will ship within 2 days of the ship by date."
    That looks like two day before or after so either ship on 21 or 23 or 25 ????

    just got a notice from my credit card that it has been charged by Verizon for my pre-ordered note 4. I'm guessing it will be here in two days! This has always been the case for me in the past when I pre-order from VZW!

    Nothing here, either. I sold my iPhone 5 for $300 and am using a back-up iPhone 4 (3G) and it bloooowwwwsss.... I can't take it anymore!

    I see on MyVerizon under Order Status that, while there is no tracking number, the status detail has been updated to include a reference to the SIM card which I take (hope) means they have allocated specific stock to orders and have sent them on to packing and shipping. Hope!

    I can confirm that my credit card was also charged, for ONE of the two phones I ordered. The order numbers were about 100 apart, so I'm assuming the second one will also be charged today. THIS IS PROGRESS, PEOPLE!!

    Boy, they are going to extort the money out of you one way or another! What I find odd is that now that Verizon is allowing voluntary down payments to lower the phone payment, if you buy through BB and use Edge, you cannot do that. I have asked twice at my local BB and they said they cannot do down payments, period.
    Wow, when I called them yesterday they never told me about voluntary down payments. Now they spread the payment over 24 months instead of 20 months. I would rather have them do the 20 instead of the 24. When I finally decide on the device that I want to upgrade to, I will ask about the down payment.

    My pre order was my 3rd edge agreement. Each time, I was given the chance to give what they called a "one time", voluntary down payment in order to reduce the monthly payment cost. Don't know if they changed this option on 10/16 or not. If you decline, you won't then be able to pay more than your given monthly payments.

    I also pre-ordered a Note 4. Just checked my account order. It does show an order number (I'm not sure if this is new), but no other status and my card has not been charged.
