    Just heard from a BB rep the following concerning the Verizon Note 4 release:

    " I haven't heard of any delays in the release of the Verizon version of the Note 4, nor have I heard anything that would worry me about the release on this coming Thursday 10/23/2014."

    So far great news for those of us waiting for our preordered Note 4 from BB.

    LOL, can't believe I'm first to post. Now I have to change my afternoon work schedule all around. Seems like this cold I've had for a few days has just taken a turn for the worst and I'll have to go home for the rest of the day.

    I pre-ordered late, like yesterday late. In order to take advantage of the $200 promo. However, Verizon is now saying that it will ship on 10/23. If it doesnt ship today I will cancel my pre-order and go to the store Thursday.

    Do you have to trade in your phone at the time of pre-order? or can I stroll in anytime before or after receiving the pre-order to trade in the old device for the promo?
    No you don't have to trade on at time of pre order. You just have to show proof of trade in on a receipt after you get your note. Just make sure you show roof of both receipts one for your pre order & the other for trade in.

    Mine still say processing...and under orders say no order history. I called cs they say my order is in process...ugh
    I'm guessing that "no order history" is some kind of glitch in their system. Up until yesterday, when I checked the website only one of my orders were showing up, and when I would click on it, it would say "no order found for order # xxxxx." I'm sure it'll change soon Someone on here also suggested to check under "documents and receipts" and you should see an "equipment purchase"... If you're able to see your equipment purchase, it means it getting closer to the actual shipping of it. Mine didn't show up under the documents until yesterday

    Nice! Congrats! Post your thoughts... Also check for updates to see if Verizon is pushing the battery update. They may not till release day for Verizon... That's what T-Mobile did.

    UPDATE: Tracking info received for my white N4. Charged card yesterday afternoon. I'm assuming I will get it on Thursday.

    Finally, it took about 12 hours after shipping email for it to finally show up on FedEx

    First thought, what a beast! I'm browsing the phone and AC all the while my apps are loading from the play store in the background with no lag or hesitation what so ever.

    Where do you go on FedEx.com after you sign in to see if anything is scheduled to ship to your address. Done it plenty of times via UPS, but can't find how on fedex.

    I'm excited to see people getting their packages. In the hopes of preventing what happened to me, it's best to let your cc know you are making the purchase. The fraud alert did kick me out of line to receive my N4. At the advice of Willn, I called CS and they said the fraud alert pushed my order out of the system (!!). They also said that the store employee who placed the order for me ordered it as an "accessory" instead of a "device", which is causing further problems with my order. They took my credit card info, but now my order status says "There is an error with your order" and there is no estimated shipping date. Verbally, the CS rep told me that it's not looking good for delivery before 10/31 at this point. So, basically, my order date is now 10/21 and my in-store pre-order was for nothing. Thankfully I still like my N2.
