It only works on glass , it only bonds to the glass molecules.You can wipe it on anything but unless its glass it won't work. Also , the liquid protectors are OK but are not as good or as strong as proper screen protectors so be careful even with it on.

Yes, it will also be in a case that has a screen protector attached to it, so it will be covered. And, the case has every port covered.

I've used the temeperd glass screen protectors ontop of screens treated with a liquid glass solution(liquid armor) and they stuck fine, so it shouldn't be a problem.
